East Coast-based security installer National Guardian Security Services Inc. has gone clear across the country for its latest acquisition, picking up Auburn, Calif.-based commercial and residential installer TVR Service Systems & Engineering Inc. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded in 1974 by Bob McAllen, TVR will serve as National Guardian’s base of operations in Northern California.
“Acquisitions such as TVR increase our geographic reach and service capabilities, while also allowing us to accelerate our growth plans, including the rollout of new services,” says National Guardian President George Flagg.
