SANTA ANA, Calif.

National Security Systems Inc., a systems integrator headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., has reached an agreement to acquire ACEKA Protection Services for an undisclosed amount.

Ken Greenlee, founder of ACEKA Protection Services, is retiring from the industry. Ranch Cucamonga, Calif.-based ACEKA provides sales and services to over 400 accounts. The acquisition is expected to expand the services offered by both companies and bring greater support and resources to customers.

“This is a strategic acquisition that complements our current footprint of accounts in the Southern California area,” says Chris Schroeder, president of National Security Systems. “We have a very strong customer base and a wide variety of products and services to offer our customers so at this time we are looking to expand our customer base through accusations.”
