NBFAA Seminars Conference Takes Place on Its Own in New Jersey
SILVER SPRING, Md.
For the first time since 1999, the National Burglar and
Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) will be hosting its own
conference and seminar event entitled, “Leadership
Conference, Fostering Volunteerism” Aug. 25-28 in
Weehawken, N.J. The association has normally had these
conferences and seminars held at ISC shows.
According to the association, this event will be infused with more networking and social time for attendees. Ron Spiller, former executive director for the Security Industry Association (SIA), will be the keynote speaker and will discuss the topic of fostering volunteerism.
Aside from the association’s meetings related to government, standards and membership affairs, the event will also include networking breakfasts, a spouses’ event and paying respect to fallen police, fire and Port Authority officials at Ground Zero. Registration is required.
