TULSA, Okla. — An investment from growth equity investor Summit Partners will help Central Security Group Inc., a provider of security alarm monitoring services, to expand its dealer network and grow its subscriber base.

Founded in 1999, Central Security Group provides alarm monitoring services in 12 Southern and South Central states. The company utilizes an authorized dealer network and internal sales offices to provide digital security monitoring services for its customers.
Prior to Central Security Group, cofounders Wilson and Harry Schenk ran Multimedia Security Service, an alarm monitoring company that was sold to Protection One in 1998.
