New Orleans’ HAI Brings Tech Support and Returns Back Up

Home control and burglary systems manufacturer Home Automation Inc. (HAI) has reopened its tech support phone lines and is accepting returns again as the New Orleans-based company continues to recover from being in the epicenter of the Hurricane Katrina disaster.

Throughout December, HAI has reopened its tech support and engineering offices, and has also announced it is again accepting returns and equipment for repairs.

In the past week, HAI also made its first product launch since Katrina, making available its OmniTouch with video touchscreen home automation system.

HAI is temporarily headquartered in nearby Abita Springs while repairs continue on its damaged New Orleans headquarters, expected to reopen in the spring.
