New Secura Key Product Program Offers Interactive Training
Access control product manufacturer Secura Key launches its new Product Training Program.
Secura Key now offers its customers live interactive training at their own facilities, or any place with an Internet connection. The first two public training courses being offered are the “Secura Key Product Overview,” and “SK-NET Training,” which will be offered beginning in July 2010. The company will also offer one-on-one training sessions for individuals or small groups by special request.
Participants can use the microphone and speakers connected to their PC’s or they can use an optional telephone call-in number.
Secura Key has produced flash-based training movies, which will be available on its Web site starting in July 2010. The movies feature voice narration, software screen captures, and video clips.
Secura Key’s Technical Training Manage, Jeff Hamilton, will conduct the live Webinars and produce the training movies. Hamilton, an 18-year Secura Key veteran, is intimately familiar with the product line, and he is now primarily focused on product training, while continuing to do technical support part time.
