Bosch Consolidates Customer and Technical Service Departments

Bosch has consolidated its customer service and technical support departments into one office as it continues to integrate the resources of Bosch, Detection Systems, Radionics and Philips CSI. Bosch’s customer and technical teams in California and New York are now operating out of Bosch’s Fairport, N.Y., headquarters as one unit each.

Both customer service and technical support are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. Bosch customer service can be reached at (800) 289-0096, while technical support’s number is (888) 886-6189.

Monitronics Makes Magazine’s Fastest-Growing Companies List

Inc. Magazine has named Monitronics Int’l Inc. to its list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies. It’s the seventh-straight year that the alarm system and monitoring company has been named to the list.

The rankings are based on a company’s sales growth over the last five years. Monitronics also made the magazine’s top 25 list for annual revenue.

Russound Interface Wins U.S. Patent

Russound has been awarded a United States Design Patent for its UNO user interface. The UNO design is currently utilized in two of the home audio control company’s award-winning keypads including the UNO-S2, a dedicated product for use with the CAV6.6 Controller Amplifier, and the UNO-IR2, a standalone pre-programmed and learning IR keypad that is compatible with a wide range of quality multiroom products.

The U.S. patent number D481 706S, was issued on Nov. 4 and recognizes a “new and original design.”
