NICE Systems is searching for a new chief financial officer after it announced the departure of its current corporate vice president and chief financial officer. After more than three years with the company, Lauri Hanover will leave NICE in August to become the chief financial officer of Lumenis Ltd.
Eran Porat, NICE’s corporate controller of four years, will be promoted to vice president of finance and will report to the CFO. Porat’s responsibilities will include budgeting and treasury functions.
NICE, a worldwide provider of multimedia recording solutions and applications, operates in more than 100 countries.
