CARLSBAD, Calif. – Nortek Security & Control, a provider of security and smart home technologies, is kicking off its “Behind the Scenes Tour” Feb. 8 in Denver. The series will include 10 additional markets across the United States over the next six weeks.
Participating security dealers, distributors and custom integrators will receive comprehensive sales and technical training to gain a deeper understanding of Nortek Security & Control’s portfolio of solutions. The newest smart products – including the all-in-one security and home automation panel, the 2GIG GC3, as well as the expansive GoControl smart home product line – will be showcased. Attendees will also receive the opportunity to learn more about Numera, the company’s proactive health and wellness brand, as well as Linear, the company’s commercial access control line.

“2016 is a milestone year for our company with more new product lines and solutions available than ever before. This roadshow serves as a reintroduction of our full portfolio of products to the channel,” says Rob Halligan, vice president of marketing, Nortek Security & Control. “Ultimately, the purpose of the roadshow is to connect with our dealers and distributors and provide our customers with the tools, training, and solutions they need to succeed.”
The roadshow will consist of a two-day stop in each of the cities with an exclusive, invitation only executive event taking place on the first evening of the stop and continue the next morning with technical training from 8-10 a.m. and in-depth sales training from 10:30 a.m.-noon.
