North American Video (NAV), a security systems integrator, announces it will design, supply and install the digital security and surveillance system for the expansion of Black Bear Casino and Hotel, located near Duluth, Minn. The Fond du Lac band of Lake Superior Chippewa operates the complex.

The project will entail a full conversion of the current analog surveillance system to a new digital recording solution.

According to Dennis McCauley, Black Bear Casino’s lead surveillance technician, North American Video’s reputation for delivering unrivaled digital video surveillance solutions was a key factor in their decision.

“We conducted a rigorous and thorough evaluation of the industry’s leading integrators and only NAV fully met our criteria,” said McCauley. “We also liked what we saw and heard from other casinos that have used NAV for their projects. They have an outstanding reputation for performance and quality.”
