Residential systems integrator Home Technologies Inc. has made public its intent to acquire custom electronics firm Premier Technology Group Inc. of Bellevue, Wash. The acquisition of an undisclosed purchase price is expected to close by the end of August.
The acquisition of Premier, which boasted 2003 revenues of more than $5.7 million, positions Home Technologies as Washington’s largest private residential systems integrator and the second largest in the nation, the company said in a statement.
Under the agreement, Premier’s three locations – in Bellevue, Vancouver, Wash., and Whitefish, Mont. – will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Home Technologies Inc. They will be referred to as Home Technologies-Bellevue, Home Technologies-Vancouver and Home Technologies-Whitefish.
The deal comes after Home Technologies’ July acquisition of Digitech Home Systems.
