Notifier Fire Systems, part of Honeywell Intl.‘s Fire Solutions Group, has signed a joint venture agreement with Shenzhen Fuan Security Systems Co. Ltd. of Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China.
The agreement creates the Shenzhen Honeywell-Fuan Fire Alarm Equipment Co., which becomes the strongest fire alarm and early detection company in one of the world’s largest markets. Under the direction of Notifier Executive Vice President and General Manager Allen Fritts and Vice President International Paul Harris, Notifier will be responsible for overseeing the joint venture activities and providing the new company with executive management and sales and marketing expertise.
“The Partnership we have created combines Shenzhen Fuan’s strong product line, manufacturing and distribution capabilities and technology with the products, technology and international presence of both Notifier and Honeywell Intl.‘s Fire Solutions Group,” says Mark S. Levy, president of Honeywell’s Fire Solutions Group. Notifier offers controls for heating, ventilation, humidification and air conditioning equipment, security and fire alarm systems, home automation systems, energy-efficient lighting controls and building management systems and services.
