National Systems Contractors Association is collecting data on integration firms’ staffing levels, employee benefits, compensation and sales forces through Dec. 19.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) is conducting a survey as part of its ongoing research to track and benchmark compensation and benefits data for key industry positions.
As part of the nationwide survey, NSCA will collect data on company background, staffing levels, employee benefits, compensation and sales forces at integration firms through Dec. 19.
The data will be used to create a Compensation & Benefits Report to help NSCA members identify successful staffing strategies, ensure a constant workflow and positive work environment and benchmark current employee offerings. The report will also help integrators make connections between their staffing approaches and revenue changes, according to the association.
The report will focus on:
- Employee benefits and the cost burden to employers
- Compensation structures for project managers and sales staff
- Key positions and salaries (both technical and administrative)
- Salary levels based on position, location, and company size
- Labor bargaining unit (LBU) staff
All survey participants will be entered into a drawing for a $250 Visa gift card. To take the survey, visit nsca.org/compsurvey. To learn more about the survey or the upcoming Compensation & Benefits Report, visit nsca.org or call (800) 446-6722.
