Fargo Electronics Inc. is providing a free online security assessment tool for card identity systems. The Web site is designed to analyze a client’s card identity program and provide a rating from Fargo of the risk to their security. Recommendations are offered on how to reduce holes in a card-based access control system.
“In an era of widespread counterfeiting, highly portable information and serious threats from both outside and inside the enterprise, many organizations have turned to card identity systems as a first line of defense in their security programs,” says Fargo Director of Marketing Joe Wright.
