ATLANTA — Alarm company Owen Security Solutions Inc., SSI’s 2019 Small Installer of the Year, has acquired The Arco Security Group, giving the company its first fully staffed branch in Miami.
The Arco Security acquisition and new Miami office “underscores Owen Security’s unwavering commitment to growth, innovation and excellence in the security industry,” according to the joint announcement.
The new Miami branch “represents a bold step forward, driven by the dedication, perseverance and shared vision of the Owen Security team,” the announcement says.
Fully staffed and operational, the branch “is poised to deliver top-tier security services to clients across the region, further solidifying Owen Security’s reputation as a trusted industry leader,” according to the joint announcement.
“After more than 50 years in the industry, this merger is not just about growth,” says Jorge Dominguez, chief operating officer of Arco Security, in the joint announcement. “It is about better serving our customers by leveraging the combined experience of both teams.
“In an industry where reliability and trust are paramount, the merger builds on the founding values our predecessors forged”, he says.
