ORANGE, Calif. — Owen Smart Video, Inc. a southern California-based company under 2019 SSI Small Installer of the Year Owen Security, announces the acquisition of Western AV’s security division assets, incorporating commercial assets, all based in the greater Los Angeles market.
This strategic consolidation “marks Owen Smart Video’s strengthened focus in the southern California security technology market,” according to the joint announcement.
The acquisition of these security assets “enables Owen Smart Video, Inc. to enhance its service to clients, primarily commercial, in the greater Los Angeles area with cutting-edge security solutions,” the announcement says. This move “reinforces Owen Smart Video’s commitment to delivering trusted, high quality protection to its clientele.”
Why Owen Smart Video Added Western AV’s Security Arm
“This change allows us to focus on our core Audio Visual services, while Owen Smart Video— an experienced and respected security provider with over 50 years of industry experience will step right in to continue with their security focus,” says Jeremy Davis, general manager of Western AV, in the joint announcement.
