Owen Security Solutions Acquires Davis Security Services Retail Accounts
The acquisition further extends Owen’s operating area in Woodstock, Ga., through North Metro Atlanta.

CALHOUN, Ga. – Owen Security Solutions has acquired the retail alarm accounts of Davis Security Services, a family-operated security services company based in Woodstock, Ga. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are delighted to have successfully negotiated this acquisition,” says Justin Owen, president of Owen Security. “As another long-time, family-run business, we were impressed with their shared dedication to superior customer service.”
Davis Security was established in 1993 by Michael Davis who grew the business to more than 1,100 accounts. “When we were considering who was going to be the best choice for our residential and commercial customers, we couldn’t have chosen a better customer-serviced based company than Owen,” Davis says.

The Owen Security team is reaching out to Davis customers and assuring the transition will be smooth and that their security systems will experience no interruptions in service.
