Pacom Systems has received certification from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for the purchase of the firm’s security products and security solutions to all federal, state and local government agencies. According to Pacom, the certification is part of a five-year contract with Reliance Technologies that will create many partnership opportunities for security companies who are interested in bidding government work.

“The GSA certification is an important step in getting your company’s name in front of government agencies that are interested in new security technologies,” says Andrew Minnikin, president of Pacom Systems North America. “Pacom’s industry reputation for reliability and performance should make our products and security solutions very attractive to all types of government agencies.”

Having a GSA Schedule ranking also makes it easier for a firm like Pacom to do business with the government. It establishes a series of procedures whereby government agencies can evaluate, acquire and implement security solutions in a more efficient, cost-effective manner.
