Pacom Reaches Training Target of 500 at Educational Center

Pacom Systems announced it has successfully trained more than 500 of its technology partners, resellers and end users at its educational facility in Sarasota, Fla. The training center was established in 2004 in order to help sales and technical staff with the marketing, configuring, installing and troubleshooting of Pacom products.

Training courses also cover administrative procedures, management, programming and application interaction. The courses are a combination of instructor-lead discussions, performance-based training, computer-based training and special hands-on classes. Pacom’s library of training documents is also accessible online.

“The training that Pacom offers is a real value-add service for our many business associates and customers,” says Andrew Minnikin, president of Pacom Systems North America. “Training creates a more efficient sales and technical staff, which in turn creates more sales and revenue for our technology partners and resellers.”
