Panasonic Puts On Training Event for Integrators
Panasonic Security Systems, a division of Panasonic System Solutions Co. of America (PSSA), recently gathered 50 Panasonic Premier Integrators (PPI) for product training sessions at its corporate headquarters. The two-day meeting was also attended by representatives from each Panasonic Security Systems’ rep organization.
“When our sales channel succeeds, so do we and this sales and new product training meeting provided our PPIs with valuable information to supplement their sales activities,” says Frank DeFina, president of PSSA. “The educational needs of our PPIs are important to us and events like these allow for a much closer collaboration on identifying and providing the Panasonic solutions that best meet today’s network video and security surveillance market demands.”
The product training sessions were highlighted by the new i-Pro IP products, which consist of the WV-NS202 color network pan/tilt/zoom (p/t/z) dome camera, the WV-NF284 color network mini dome camera, the WJ-ND200 network video recorder (NVR) and the WJ-NT304 MPEG-4/JPEG video encoder.
Panasonic’s Super Dynamic III (SDIII) camera technology was also a featured technology at the meeting, along with new analog cameras such as the WV-CW484 Series SDIII vandal-proof dome camera and the WV-CW974 weatherproof SDIII outdoor p/t/z.
