DSC of Concord, Ontario, Canada, a Tyco Fire & Security company, releases three future-smart control panels that offer more than 100 new features. The new DSC PowerSeries is also said to provide a higher level of
security than past models. All three are compliant with SIA CP-01 false alarm prevention standards as well as EN50131-1/3.
The PowerSeries panels handle video, IP, wireless communications and home automation, while providing room for future expansion. They feature a partitionable auto-arm timer, 500-event buffer, programmable daylight savings time, night zone and automatic contact ID for central station reporting.
