Participants Tout AIREF/NBFAA Golf Tournament a Success

SILVER SPRING, Md.

More than 250 people came out for the Alarm Industry Research & Educational Foundation (AIREF) and National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA)-hosted golf tournament and evening event on March 30, the groups reported. Held in conjunction with ISC West, the event raised funs for future AIREF projects.

After the tournament, held at the Revere Golf Club, attendees enjoyed food and cocktails and the presentation of the Morris F. Weinstock Award to George Gunning and the Sara E. Jackson Award to NBFAA Elections Committee Chairman Dan Budinoff, president of Security Specialists of Greenwich, Conn.

Plans are already in the works for the 2005 golf tournament, slated for April 5.
