FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Security Sales & Integration is digging deep again with its latest research survey on the residential security industry.
SSI, in collaboration with Parks Associates, is asking dealers/integrators that sell residential and commercial security systems for their views on the residential security market.
How are security dealers handling the real estate boom, the fallout of COVID-19 and the effect of ever more capable DIY security systems?
What percentage of your security systems sales include smart home devices? What new capabilities do you plan to implement in the next 12 months?
By participating in this study, you can help us share an accurate assessment of the current trends in this rapidly evolving aspect of the professional security industry, as well as help you evaluate where your company sits among industry peers.
Survey takers must be professional security dealers/integrators doing business in the United States, Canada or both. Your participation is critical for the success of this research.
Results of the Home Automation Deep Dive Survey are completely anonymous and will appear in the November 2022 issue of SSI, as well as online.
