Integrator Support LLC has formalized a strategic partnership with international security solutions group G4S to provide integrators with a resource for all their monitored services.
Through the alliance, Integrator Support will offer interactive video monitoring and hosted access control services to systems integrators through the G4S monitoring and data center.
The Boston-based G4S center was built to UL standards and employs Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) certified operators. In addition to the hosted access control, the center offers monitoring of intrusion alarms, scheduled and ad hoc video guard tours, video and audio chaperone to employees, lobby management, remote monitoring, and control of gates and doors.
“G4S is very enthusiastic with the strategic alliance with Integrator Support,” says G4S vice president of operations-monitoring and data center, Jerry Cordasco. “We designed and built our center with an eye for hosted security services and our relationship with Integrator Support aligns our strategic direction.”
G4S has operations in more than 110 countries and more than 585,000 employees.
