PasWord Protection Services Announces New Acquisition
Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
PasWord Protection Services has acquired Arrow Securities,
located in Hamilton, Ontario, and its 300 customer
accounts. The acquisition will boost PasWord’s customer
base to 6,300, according to a company announcement.
Coming on the heels of its other small alarm company
acquisitions, PasWord has developed a strategy in which the
seller can choose to become an independent PasWord dealer.
The independent dealer is responsible for sales,
installation and system maintenance, while PasWord performs
all administrative services, such as telephone answering,
customer service, booking service calls, collections and
more.
Along with gaining access to PasWord’s proprietary long-
range radio network, the dealer receives all revenues from
sales, installation and service, according to the
announcement.
