Topics covered include National Training School (NTS) Level One Certification (Sept. 9-11 and 16-18); hiring, firing, conflict resolution and employee management (Sept. 23 or 25); NICET 1, 2 and 3 fire alarm test preparatory courses (Oct. 28-30); and sales training (Nov. 4, 5 or 6). NTS courses covering electronic access control and fire alarm installation methods will also be presented in November and December.
