Pelco Integrates DVRs With Entelec Building Management System
Clovis, Calif.
Pelco has integrated its DX8100 series of DVRs with Belgium-based Entelec Control System’s building management system, Sky-Walker.
Sky-Walker is a software platform that enables one person to manage and supervise a building or infrastructure systems on location or remotely. The platform integrates all underlying techniques and systems to one single interface, according to Pelco.
The integrated solution will feature live view functionality, pan/tilt/zoom (p/t/z) for cameras, the ability to search and play recordings, and provide a multiview of different cameras.
“Getting notification from various equipment, including the Pelco DX8100, will provide system operators with the capability to easily determine the appropriate response to unusual events or security threats, which is a real advantage,” says Stéphane Lantoine, business development manager EMEA for Pelco.
