Pelco announces Dean Meyer, former president of Carrollton, Texas-based TAC Americas, as its new COO. He will report to Pelco CEO David McDonald.
Meyer’s grew TAC, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, to its current $500 million annual volume level during his seven-year tenure. He joined TAC in 1993 as product division vice president and managed the manufacturing, engineering, partner sales and customer service departments.
“Dean’s addition to our Pelco management group will bring us invaluable TAC/Schneider insight, along with his very impressive general management expertise,” says McDonald. “I have known Dean for some time and feel very fortunate to have attracted him to Pelco to fill this newly created, most important position.”
