Pelco Receives PSA’s Superstar Award for 12th Year Running
CLOVIS, Calif.
For the 12th consecutive year, Pelco has been awarded the
Superstar Award, PSA Security Network’s highest honor for
suppliers. This is the 14th time overall that Pelco has
been honored with this prestigious award.
“The ultimate boss is the customer,” says Pelco President David McDonald. “Nearly everything we do is designed to provide our customers with the most extraordinary level of overall performance possible.”
PSA’s Superstar Award was created to recognize vendor partners that provide outstanding service and quality products. It was awarded during a recent banquet held at the Pheasant Run resort in St. Charles, Ill., which is part of the Chicagoland area.
According to Pelco, the Superstar Award represents the security industry’s most objective and comprehensive evaluation of manufacturers. It is given to the vendor that receives the highest score on a survey of PSA members. Scoring is based on technical support, price advantage, responsiveness, ship dates, return authorizations, local support, and product quality and reliability.
