Pelco has been recognized as the 2009 Star Award recipient by PSA Security Network for providing outstanding service and quality products as a PSA vendor.
The award was presented at the 2009 PSA-TEC conference held recently in St. Charles, Ill., and was the result of member surveys on overall products, support, pricing and service to the membership.
Several Pelco employees were individually recognized for their customer service and sale representative support.
At the show, Pelco featured a Mobile Product Showcase highlighting its Sarix megapixel camera systems and Endura 2.0 HD video management. The company also offered training classes.
“The training classes were well attended, the MPS looked great and there were plenty of technically savvy hands on deck to get the IP message out and effectively demonstrate our great products,” says Carole Dougan, director of strategic accounts, Pelco.
