DAVENPORT, Iowa — Per Mar Security Services announces the acquisition of All Channel Electronics, based in Madison, Wisc., for undisclosed terms.
Established in 1969, All Channel Electronics is a full-service provider of fire alarm, intrusion, video surveillance, access control and intercom systems. The company services commercial and residential customers.
Rich and Pat Gmeinder, owners of All Channel Electronics, will retire following the acquisition, all of the company’s employees will be joining Per Mar.
“It is rare to find a company that is personal enough to truly care about our employees and customers, but has the resources to complete a transaction like this,” says Rich Gmeinder. “We are very pleased that we met Per Mar and the Duffy family, and I’m sure that our customers will be, too.”
The purchase marks Per Mar’s first acquisition in 2019. Brian Duffy, COO of Per Mar Security Services, states, “Rich Gmeinder has spent his career working in and building All Channel, and we are grateful that he and his wife Pat trust Per Mar to serve the customers they have earned over the past 50 years.”
