Per Mar Acquires Northern Wisconsin Security & Sound

The transaction adds 800 mostly residential accounts to the company’s footprint in the Badger State.

DAVENPORT, Iowa – Per Mar Security Services, based here, has acquired Northern Wisconsin Security & Sound of Arbor Vitae, Wisc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Brian Duffy, president of Per Mars’ electronic security division, tells SSI the transaction included approximately 800 customers, amounting to an 80%/20% mix of residential and commercials accounts, respectively.

The addition of Northern Wisconsin Security & Sound’s customer base continues to build Per Mar’s presence in Wisconsin where it now operates seven offices. Ben and Robert Berray, proprietors of he newly acquired company will join the Per Mar team and continue operations in the Arbor Vitae office.

Per Mar will continue providing sound and other low-voltage services offered by Northern Wisconsin Security & Sound.
