Per Mar Security Services Acquires Patrol Specialist
NPI Security Services has provided security and asset protection services in the Des Moines, Iowa, metro area for more than 30 years.
NPI Vice President Mark Kirchner, along with 120 employees, have joined Per Mar, which now staffs 430 employees in Central Iowa.
URBANDALE, Iowa – Per Mar Security Services has acquired Neighborhood Patrol (NPI) Security Services, a provider of security officer and mobile patrol services, based here. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded by Brad Johnson in 1978, NPI will further strengthen Per Mar’s full service security presence in Central Iowa. With a patrol fleet of 15 vehicles and 300 security officers, NPI serves more than 150 local commercial properties and more than 200 residences, according to its Web site.
