PITTSBURGH — Guardian Protection Services Inc. has purchased Certified Security of Chicago in an effort to expand the company’s geographic footprint.
Guardian, a multiple SAMMY Awards winner, now has access to the Chicago, Rockford, Ill., and Sheboygan, Wis., markets.
The company says it will leverage both its and Certified Security’s expertise to continue the expansion into the commercial, industrial, new construction and residential sectors of its new territories.
Julius Rutili, founder and CEO of Certified Security, and his employees will remain integral to the new partnership, according to Guardian.
