AUSTIN, Texas — Pivot3, a provider of unified storage and compute appliances, has named James Hajek as the company’s CFO. Hajek will be a responsible for all finance and operations functions.
With more than 20 years of executive financial leadership experience, Hajek served as CFO of GE Asset Intelligence, an international M2M telematics services company. There, he established new distribution channels and key vendor relationships that led to the company’s acquisition by ID-System. Hajek also served as CFO and vice president of finance for Terion Inc., a domestic M2M telematics company, where he oversaw the company’s acquisition by General Electric Co.
