AUSTIN, Texas — Video surveillance product provider Pivot3 has launched a professional services package that includes training, installation and consulting support for the company’s products.
The goal of the professional services suite is to ensure Pivot3 appliances are supported proactively throughout product lifecycle, enabling partners in both the surveillance and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) markets to deliver support for end users. On-site installation services allow partners to easily deploy and configure Pivot3 platforms, according to the company.
