PoE Technologies of Sarasota, Fla., releases the NS-PoE-8, an eight-port power over Ethernet (PoE) switch featuring 120 watts of power.
The NS-PoE-8 can now be used with both IEEE-802.3af and IEEE802.3at standards interchangeability, according to the company. The switch increases the versatility of a project by providing higher power to PoE devices such as pan/tilt/zoom (p/t/z) cameras and door access controls.
