Pretory’s Revenues Surpass $1.7M in 3rd Quarter

NEW YORK, N.Y.

Pretory U.S.A. Inc., an emerging technology-based company dealing in security, detection equipment and medical devices, has announced that it expects net earnings for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 1999 to exceed 3 cents per share on revenues in excess of $1.7 million.  Concurrently, the firm intends to file its Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on or about Dec. 15 in order to fulfill requirements to become a fully reporting entity.  The worldwide market for Pretory’s products and services is estimated at $20 billion and is expected to expand to $40 billion by 2004.  The security services the company provides include: security equipment operations, anti-terrorism and anti-theft services, security consulting and training, security systems administration, and augmentation of special police activities.
