Prince’s Paisley Park Estate Protected by Private Security Company

A special vault of unpublished music is said to be inside Prince’s mansion.

CHANHASSEN, Minn. —  Prince’s Paisley Park Mansion is being watched by a private security company, according to Fox News.

Prince’s estate is said to house a vault that contains a plethora of unpublished music, which could be a target for theft.

“Paisley Park is a commercial building, it is a business, it has some quarters there as well,” says a Carvery County Police representative. “There is security personnel. We provided police services for the memorial and then transitioned to private security Monday morning. And so now private security is there.”

SSI columnist Jeffrey D. Zwirn wrote this week that he is concerned over the security of Prince’s invaluable treasure trove of music since pictures were released of the vault, particularly the keypad used to gain access inside the vault.

Numerous fans have gathered outside of Prince’s Paisley Park estate in the wake of his death on April 21 to celebrate the pop star’s life.
