DRAPER, Utah — Cloud-based access control solutions provider ProdataKey recently released the Red Reader V2, the latest addition to the company’s line of Red high-security hardware, according to a company announcement.
The PDK Red Reader V2 is “a new and improved take on the traditional Red Reader by PDK,” the announcement says.
It features “faster processing capabilities, improved reading functionality and an easier-to-install body and sturdy chassis,” according to the company announcement. The readers are compatible with the full range of ProdataKey credentials, including High Security, Prox, Bluetooth, PIN and Mobile credentials. The Red Reader V2 is available in four form factors: mullion, mullion with keypad, single gang and single gang with keypad.
