Program Allows Dealers to Monitor Central Station Accounts

Alarm companies can now monitor all activity on their central station accounts in real-time with Marlin Central Monitoring’s new program called Automatic Transaction Online Manager (ATOM).

Fully secure with multiple levels of protection, ATOM allows installers to check zones, look at histories, view reports and observe events. The program displays all alarm signals, the number of accounts a dealer has online, what subscribers experienced activity in the last 24 hours, as well as a variety of other information.

According to Marlin, ATOM also lowers attrition rates by opening communication between dealers and customers. Dealers can contact customers who have alarms before they call in with problems, as well as use it as an added value proposition to get the job being bid on.

The service is free to dealers, but alarm companies can charge their customers for the service, thereby increasing their recurring revenue.
