The executive vice president of alarm services provider Protection One Inc. has resigned. Steven Williams will also relinquish his position as president of Protection One’s Network Multifamily Security Corp. subsidiary.
Protection One announced the resignation in a form filed on Aug. 31 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), citing the resignation is “in connection with Protection One’s ongoing efforts to streamline its internal organizational structure.”
The SEC form says Williams will receive a cash payment of $1.2 million under terms of an employment agreement.
