Protection Service Industries LP (PSI) , an integrator of life safety and security, announces it has acquired Associated Electronics. Terms of the sale were not released. Associated Electronics’ account base is predominantly commercial, with both burglar and fire alarm systems installed. According to the company’s release, the acquisition fits PSI’s strategy of targeted growth by increasing account density in the communities of Livermore and Pleasanton. PSI expects to offer new products and services to the acquired accounts.
