Provident Security Recognized as One of 25 Best Work Places
VANCOUVER
Provident Security & Event Management Corp. announces that Watson Wyatt Worldwide and BC Business Magazine have named it one of the best 25 places to work in British Columbia. This was the first time Provident has been included in the rankings.
Provident President Michael Jagger says the award was the most meaningful award the company has ever received, as it represented Provident’s own employees recognizing the company as a great place to work. No other security company was named to the list.
Ryder Lefurgy, Provident’s development coordinator, says the award was hard won and well deserved, since the nature of the company’s business requires most employees to work in geographically disparate areas. Provident, Lefurgy says, works very hard to makes sure its employees feel connected and engaged with the company.
