PSA Adds Blackleaf and Sharlic as Business Solutions Providers

WESTMINSTER, Colo. – The PSA Network (PSA), the global consortium of professional systems integrators, today announced Blackleaf Solutions and Sharlic as its newest business solutions providers.

Blackleaf Solutions, through its Blackleaf Connect platform, “helps security service providers modernize and automate their supply chain operations,” according to the PSA announcement.

By integrating distributors, procurement workflows, inventory systems and service delivery into a unified, API-driven framework, Blackleaf Connect “reduces manual overhead, improves order accuracy and accelerates project execution,” the announcement says.

This partnership “empowers PSA integrators with greater visibility, efficiency and control across their entire supply chain lifecycle.”

“Partnering with PSA allows us to bring a new level of efficiency and automation to the security industry’s supply chain,” said Francis Kamp, CEO of Blackleaf Solutions. “With Blackleaf Connect, we’re helping PSA dealers streamline procurement, reduce manual processes and gain real-time visibility from ordering through project delivery—ultimately enabling faster deployments and stronger business outcomes.”

Similarly, Sharlic “helps integrators simplify and automate recurring revenue and service management workflows,” according to the PSA announcement.

Sharlic is a service delivery management platform that “gives integrators one centralized place to manage all their RMR and recurring services,” the announcement says. “By transforming reactive processes into proactive workflows, Sharlic ensures nothing expires without visibility and nothing gets billed late.”

For PSA members managing multiple vendors and growing RMR portfolios, the platform “integrates alongside existing systems to simplify and automate renewal management,” according to the PSA announcement.
