DENVER — Bill Bozeman, CEO and president of the PSA Security Network, recently took part in a fact-finding mission by U.S. security industry executives to investigate development of security technologies in Israel.
During the “Security Technology Investment Mission,” Bozeman and others visited more than 40 biotech and security companies and also met with Israeli political leaders like former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
“Many of the intelligent video and perimeter products our installers use come from PSA vendor companies who have research and development operations in Israel such as DVTel, OzVision, NICE and Magal,” says Bozeman. “The technology was amazing but technology without understanding the business model means nothing.”
Also among the group of 15 executives and officials in the April trip were security industry attorney Les Gold of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp and former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge.
