WESTMINSTER, Colo. — PSA, the world’s largest consortium of professional systems integrators, recently announced the addition of LVC Companies President Bert Bongard and Ollivier Corp. President and CEO Louis Boulgarides to its Board of Directors.
“Louis and Bert are excellent additions to the strong group of Directors leading PSA,” says PSA Board Chair Daniel Budinoff. “PSA has shown consistent growth over the last decade and while the last few months have brought economic headwinds, the strong leadership of both the Board of Directors and PSA’s management team have helped guide the organization through the uncertainty.”
Boulgarides joined Ollivier in 2015 and brings 25 years of experience in the security guard and systems industries. He received his MBA from Cal Poly Pomona in 2007 and his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International in 2006. Boulgarides holds a C-10 license from the CSLB and is a designated Qualified Alarm Company Manager.
“I think that PSA has evolved into a tremendous resource for its members,” says Boulgarides. “PSA’s training, networking and industry resources create a unique opportunity for members to learn, network and leverage the organization and its network to service clients in multiple regions. I will do my best to support PSA’s vision and be a conduit for feedback and suggestions from other members.”
Bongard joined LVC in 2011 with over 25 years of combined industry experience in multiple facets of business. He started out as a technician and rose through the ranks and has held many positions including executive management and ownership within the industry.
“I believe in PSA and how it has evolved over the years and am honored to hold this position,” says Bongard. “It allows me to serve the community of owners, provide perspective from my professional experiences, and champion ideas that will help to carry the vision of PSA and the integrator industry forward.”
