PSA Security Network Builds Sales, Customer Support Team

WESTMINSTER, Colo.PSA Security Network has announced personnel additions to help the systems integrator co-op retain and recruit customers.

In her role as inside sales representative, Tina Broadbent will concentrate on recruiting new customers for PSA. Prior to joining PSA, Broadbent was an account manager at Dynamic Lock. She also served as a sales representative at CISA Lock, which was recently acquired by Ingersoll Rand.

Terry Tafoya will also serve as an inside sales representative. He has 25 years of sales experience, 10 of which have been in the physical security industry. Prior to joining PSA, Tafoya was an account manager at Systems Integration Corp. Additionally, he has worked in sales for SafeSystems, Henry Bros. Electronics and ADT where he specialized in enterprise systems.

PSA also appointed Sandy Vecchiarelli as customer service manager. With more than 23 years’ experience in management, process improvement, call center and customer service leadership, Vecchiarelli’s extensive management background includes credit, collections, customer service and inbound sales. She received a Customer Excellence Appreciation Award from Sears National Customer Relations and the Summit Club Award for Outstanding Performance from GE Capital.
