PSA Security Network to Offer Technical Training on Samsung Products

Samsung Techwin America’s Net Tech Support is now available through the PSA Security Network of security systems integrators, the video surveillance product provider has announced.

As one facet of the new partnership, the electronic security cooperative will provide network technical support for Samsung’s suite of network IP cameras.

“Customer support is a critical benefit of our new partnership with PSA Security Network and a key aspect of Samsung’s Vision 2010,” says Samsung Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Frank DeFina. “We are pleased to be able to leverage the networking expertise of PSA Security Network’s systems integrators.”

Samsung’s new video surveillance solutions include a series of 1.3 megapixel IP cameras with newly developed WiseNet Digital Signal Processing; a series of H.264 DVRs in models offering 4 to 16 channels; a series of high performance analog cameras with the company’s newly developed W5 chipset; and a series of UTP cameras and accessories.
