The Public Safety Summit will take place Wed., Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Washington Convention Center in conjunction with the National Summit on Security (NSS) in Washington. It is sponsored by the False Alarm Reduction Association, (FARA), the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association, (NBFAA) and the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC) and will bring together leading public safety and alarm industry professionals to take an in-depth look at alarm response management.
The event will include breakfast (NBC news veteran Tim Russert will be the keynote speaker); the National Summit on Security Expo guided tour; lunch; and the Public Safety Roundtable. The day will conclude with breakout sessions and a reception.
